Tim works on a commission basis and my income is what currently supports us with minimal necessities and paying a few bills (including rent). We'd like to put the rent money toward our business expenses such as marketing efforts in order to further along our business development, hence the barter/trade intention.
We often work from home on our phones and computers and we have a car in good working order as well as a bike each.
We require minimal storage space and aside from clothing and immediate necessities, we own a bed, fridge and a few furniture pieces (most of which are in storage) which we've acquired since in CA.
We are free of: smoking, toking, partying, drinking, pets and parenting responsibilities.
We are very clean, neat and quiet. We do love pets and children yet we especially enjoy our own privacy.
